I ordered a package of condoms the site said was available, and got a confirmation email immediately saying that my order had gone through, and I would shortly get an email when my order shipped. That was a week and a half ago. I have yet to get another email, meaning the item has yet to ship. I emailed RipNRoll several days ago, but they didn't respond. So I called their toll-free number; they didn't answer. It's as if the company just disappeared. Terrible, terrible service from RipNRoll.com. RipNRoll.com’s service has been horrific. Our custom condoms just arrived. The speed of their services including ship time, is unheard of in this day and age. From the time I placed my order until the time the product was literally in my hands was under 27 hours!! I am just in shock! Not to mention the product looks GREAT! They were wonderful to deal with and I will surly let everyone know how fabulous Rip n Roll is. Thanks again!!! Great prices and checkout was a breeze. I think this store has a lot to offer other than just condoms, but the condom selection is the best I have seen yet.
