My boyfriend order some condoms from this site and also the new trojan vibrating touch. We got the condoms in the mail but not the vibrator. We have tried calling the phone number but no one ever answers and have sent them multiple emails and it has been over two weeks since we got the package and have started complaining and have still not heard back.

These people should not only lose their jobs but should be put in jail.
I have ordered from them , had them debit from my account and received NOTHING. Thy do not respond to emails. They don’t answer their phones and they don’t return voicemails. I cannot do a thing about it because i live in fl and to file criminal charges i would have to go out there (CA).FIND ANOTHER SOURCE. THEY HAVE STOLEN FROM ME. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.

I just ordered a variety packof valentines day specials from these jokers. Very little variety and the pack was supposed to contain 100 condoms. It only had 84. These guys are a ripoff and don’t answer phone calls or emails.

I ordered their product on 2/02/2010 and have not received anything. I live in Texas but also have family in Ca. On their web site it states that delivery is faster than a speeding bullet and that they have premier customer service. My experience with them has been negative and it is the same for others which I have seen on the better business bureau web site. They have an F rating. I have emailed them and called them with no reply to either. They go under Green Web Properties, P.O. Box 5190, Bakersfield, CA. 93388, 661-295-1245.
